1.            To begin, stand up straight, with your feet set so that they are a shoulder width apart.

3.            Raise the club above your head, keeping your arms straight.

4.            Slowly squat downwards until you can feel the tension in your upper thighs.

5.            For best results, try to squat down until your thighs are parallel with the ground.

6.            Make sure you keep your feet flat on the ground during the squat.

7.            Hold the position for a few seconds and then return to the standing pose.

You can also perform a few stretches. For example, you can bend over and touch your toes, or sit with your legs straight and flat out in front of you and try to bend over to touch your toes.
